New for 2023, we have introduced the Cayman Cacos Air SL in a luxury, breathable polycotton version. This bestselling, large luxury driveaway awning has been designed in the popular side-by-side style, meaning the front of the awning faces the same direction as the front of your vehicle. Pitched quickly using 3 inflatable air tubes and 1 fibreglass pole, uniquely the Cayman Cacos Air SL PC comes with an integral 4 berth inner bedroom making it a perfect choice for families. Available in 2 ergonomic cowl sizes to fit rail heights of up to 255cm, there is also the option to attach a Zip-On polycotton Porch Door which will fully enclose the front porch. This porch door creates a huge amount of additional living space and allows for the addition of a ‘Cabin Inner’ bedroom which will effectively allow a sleeping capacity for up to 6 people in total.

The large open canopy is perfect for sunshade, to use as a cooking area, or for weather protection while the main front door is open. There is also a large door in the rear of the cowl to allow access to the vehicle without the need to come through the awning itself. A rear ventilation panel coupled with full mesh panels on both front and side doors help to maintain airflow inside the awning while keeping bugs at bay and, of course, there are Velcro points to hand our Lumi-Link and Lumi Lighting range.

The polycotton flysheet is exquisite, allowing breathability and insulation in equal parts, dependent on the weather conditions; the fabric will contract for maximum heat retention when cold, whilst in warm weather, the material will ‘breathe’ to help maintain a more comfortable internal atmosphere. There are even acoustic benefits of using this heavy-duty canvas material, which maintains a calmer internal ambiance within the awning, especially in the wind.

The oxygen air frame is the quickest, simplest and most reliable inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes or taps spoiling the immaculate lines of our stunning designs. The air frame comprises our dura-tech single inflation point air frame technology, utilising welded high-pressure tubes and the famed dynamic speed valve. Inflation is rapid using the pump provided and deflation is just the push of a button. This valve is discretely concealed by a velcro cover.

Crystal clear PVC windows permit an excellent vista of the outside world on the front door and open canopy sides of this awning, helping to really encapsulate the surrounding landscape. All windows feature integral toggle-in curtains, which can be rolled-back during the day or closed for complete privacy at night. Opposite the cowl is a large, zipped side door with full mesh screening that makes this perfect in hotter weather. Further ventilation points aid in reducing condensation by optimising airflow around the awning, and large mesh panels on both the front and side doors to help keep the bugs at bay on hot evenings. An additional optional Porch Door accessory in polycotton has large clear dual front PVC windows with toggle curtains as standard to complete the ultimate in comfort, space, and functionality.

The Cayman Cacos Air SL PC comes complete with a sewn-in PE groundsheet, steel ground pegs, reflective guylines, a repair kit, and a Double Action Hand Pump. There are mains cable access points, plus Velcro fixings for our optional LED lighting systems. A Stone Protection Footprint Groundsheet, a hardwearing dura-tread carpet, a zip-on Porch Door, and roof-tensioning poles are also available for purchase, alongside an array of other convenient accessories.
