We are offering a very exciting and important role overseeing the territory accounts for both Blue Diamond and Outdoor Revolution Brands in the South of England. The territory encompasses the Southwest from the tip of Cornwall, stretching diagonally northeast to the Norfolk /Suffolk border, and encompassing every county under this line. The job is based ‘working from home’ however a fully expensed company car is provided to visit your key territory accounts on a regular basis, living within your sales territory is prerequisite.
The position requires a high level of organisational skills from somebody with a commercial mindset that has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a proven track record in field sales. The role will be a varied one and will require a degree of flexibility, but also a degree of autonomy as you will be required to make the best decisions in the interest of the business daily.
The successful candidate will be a team player as well as a relationship builder both internally and externally and at all levels. The fit of the person within the organisation is as important as the skills they can bring to the business. The person will be encouraged to put forward valid input and help to build or be a part of the Blue Diamond and Outdoor Revolution business strategy, and an important part of its execution and delivery.
